REGIPIO STORE REGULATIONS

These regulations define the rules for making purchases in the online store operated by the Seller at the address https://regipio.com. By purchasing from REGIPIO, you accept these Regulations and the information provided in the store. The owner of the store is Regipio REGINA SZUSZKIEWICZ, ul. Polankowa 11, 05-120 Legionowo, Poland

GENERAL RULES

  1. All products offered by REGIPIO are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and legally introduced to the Polish market.
  2. The REGIPIO online store conducts retail sales through the internet.
  3. All prices listed on the REGIPIO website are gross prices (including VAT), expressed in Polish and European currency. The price binding for the transaction is the price displayed for the product at the time of placing the order by the Customer. The prices do not include shipping costs.
  4. A sales receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each item purchased.
  5. REGIPIO reserves the right to make changes to the product offering to improve the quality of services and products.

ORDER PLACEMENT

  1. Orders are accepted through the website www.regipio.com, by phone, or email (office@regipio.com).
  2. Orders placed through the store’s website can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year.
  3. An order is effective when the Customer correctly fills out the form and provides contact details correctly: in particular, the address to which the goods are to be sent, the buyer’s telephone number, and email address.
  4. If the information is provided incorrectly or incompletely, the seller will contact the buyer. If contact is not possible, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
  5. The Buyer is obliged to provide true data when placing an order, and the Seller is not responsible for problems and damages resulting from providing incorrect data.
  6. After placing a successful order, the buyer will receive an automatic order confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS

REGIPIO Company offers the following payment methods:

  1. Bank transfer. The goods are shipped after the payment is credited to the bank account or upon receipt of confirmation of payment (please provide the order number and buyer’s name in the transfer title)
  2. Cash on delivery. The courier collects the cash at the time of delivering the goods.
  3. Secure Online Payments via Przelewy24 system

We issue a receipt or a personalized purchase document (invoice) for each purchased item.

By placing an order for products delivered electronically (online) for self-printing, the Customer agrees to receive the sales document in electronic form. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

The goods are shipped to the address provided when placing the order through the form on the store’s website, by email, or by phone. The Seller will inform the buyer immediately about any incorrect completion of the form, which may prevent the shipment or may delay it.

The ordered goods are delivered by courier company or there is a possibility of personal pickup at the company’s headquarters.

Goods in stock are shipped after the payment is credited to the seller’s account, no later than within 48 hours. In exceptional cases, order fulfillment may be extended.

Access to electronically delivered products is provided to the recipient via email to the address provided in the order after the payment for the service is credited (bank transfer or via Przelewy 24). The order processing time is extended in the case of ordering outdoor boards. The production time of the board and preparation for shipment must be added to the processing time.

If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to temporary reasons, the Seller may, with the consent of the Customer, provide substitute performance corresponding to the same price, value, and quality.

In the event of non-collection of the shipment due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer bears the cost of shipping the goods.

Before accepting the shipment, please check whether the packaging has been damaged during transport. If the packaging shows signs of damage, a damage protocol should be drawn up in the presence of the courier and REGIPIO company should be contacted to clarify the matter.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

In accordance with art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014, item 827), a consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties performed is subject to return in an intact condition, unless the change was necessary.

The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the shipment by REGIPIO company by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. To download TUTAJ WSTAWIĆ LINK FORMULARZA REKLAMACYJNEGO REGIPIO Company undertakes to refund the cost of the goods + the cost of delivering the goods no later than within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

The return will be accepted when it is complete, in an intact condition, and when there are no signs of use. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the item.

COMPLAINTS

In accordance with consumer law, goods sold electronically are covered by a 24-month warranty. 12 months – manufacturer’s warranty and 12 months – warranty for non-compliance.

In the event of finding non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Store. The entitlement arises within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that the Store is notified of the non-compliance within 2 months of its detection.

The returned goods must have the original receipt or a copy of the Invoice. Otherwise, the complaint will not be considered.

The Service Provider will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of lodging the complaint. In the event of the complaint being upheld in favor of the Customer, the Service Provider undertakes to repair or replace the complained goods with a new, full-value product, or refund the value of the purchased goods.

If the consumer demands the exchange or repair of the item, REGIPIO may refuse to fulfill this request on the condition that the option indicated by the consumer:

  • would be impossible for REGIPIO to fulfill – e.g., due to the cessation of production of specific spare parts or the entire product;
  • would require excessive costs in the case of demanding the exchange of the entire product if only one element is damaged.

In the event of a justified complaint, REGIPIO bears the delivery costs.

The Customer is obliged to deliver the product in the original packaging, together with all accessories.

In the event of unjustified submission of a complaint, the transportation cost is borne by the complainant.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In connection with changes regarding personal data protection regulations and the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) GDPR from May 25, 2018, we inform:

REGIPIO Company with its registered office at Polankowa 11, 05-120 Legionowo NIP: 536-122-90-57 REGON: 142178883 is the administrator of customers’ personal data transmitted through the REGIPIO website.

Personal data of REGIPIO Company’s Customers are processed in accordance with changes regarding personal data protection regulations and the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) GDPR from May 25, 2018.

Personal data is used for execution of the sales contract, therefore, data may be transferred to appropriate entities responsible for delivering the purchased goods to the customer, in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit.
